The count site is at the very top of Brockway Mountain, looking over Lake Superior and surrounding forests with an amazing 360 degree view.
Brockway Mountain Drive is a by-pass of sorts that runs along M-26 or Shoreline Drive. From Copper Harbor, the entrance to Brockway Mountain Drive is at the west end of town directly across from the Copper Harbor Marina (State of MI). It is 3.5 miles to the top and count site. From Eagle Harbor east, you will see the drive on your right approximately 5 miles, just past Silver River Falls. It is 7 miles to the top and the count site.
